Fitness Challenges
In addition to weight loss challenges you can start a competition based on other goals such as: body fat percentage; steps taken, calories, miles exercied and minutes exercised. As a Fit For My Season member this is a great web-based fitness tool for a variety of fitness challenges. Challenges may include a 30 day fitness competition to see who can rack up the most minutes of exercised; a 12 week challenge to see who can run the most miles; or a 6 week challenge to see who can accumulate the most amount of steps taken.
